Welcome to Rudy’s Pub & Grill, Apex’s first gastropub where we specialize in great food, friendly service & making you feel like you’re in your home away from home.
At the end of April 2013, we re-opened after completing our big renovation – we can’t wait to show you the new Rudy’s! We’ve got a brand menu (with a few favorites remaining) & have slashed the prices across the board. There’s an incredible new sound system, beautiful new decor including seating, tables, bar stools and flooring, as well as a bold new colour scheme. We’ve increased the size of the TVs above the bar to 60″ each & have added a brand-new 80″ TV on our back wall – perfect for viewing all the sports your heart desires.
Our website is your one-stop shop for information about our daily specials and events; you can even use it to sign up for our weekly newsletter or to “like” our Facebook page where we feature pop-up, last-minute specials.
We’re centrally located in the Harris Teeter complex on Highway 55, so parking is never an issue. Our menu features tantalizing flavours, original selections and generous portions and, as a small business owned by locals who live right here in Apex, we look forward to seeing you on a regular basis and welcoming you as a member of the Rudy’s family!
